All hoodie sales are final because items are made to order. We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Size exchanges are available within 7 days if the item is unused and takes are still attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
Order cancellations are allowed with 12 hours of purchase.
